Mikewjones,

Certainly I can look into that for you, as I do understand you are up to your eyeballs with this already.

I would however like to make it known that I am not directly involved with this like many of you are however I am deeply concerned by the way you have all been treated and I believe that is enough to do what I can .

Sadly treating customers fairly (TCF) has not worked in your favour.

  • Spreadsheet is up and running ladies and gents together with notes on its completion.

It is there to help you generate the value of which you should include on the Value to be claimed in administration (the letter you are about to get from HJS recovery).

If you need a copy please email me on exposedcm@gmail.com and i will send over the sheet.

If you need help in completing it please give me a shout.

    Mike

    Anyone seen this?:

As a former DCM Money or Apex Debt Counselling client, and now a client of Abacus (Financial Consultants) Limited, part of ClearDebt Group plc, we thought you might want to read our latest blog.

In addition to providing you with help and advice, we have used the data we received to conduct our own research into DCM Apex and the money you gave them to help repay your debts.

We have published our findings on the ClearDebt website and you can view them here:
How you DCM Money debt continued to rise

We understand when looking at this, it may be upsetting, but we thought you would want us to share this information with you.

Please bear in mind that the statistics released from our findings are based on data from the DCM Apex system which may be out of date and inaccurate.

Whilst we can offer support and advice in dealing with the aftermath of DCM Apex, you may find it helpful to talk to and support others who have also been affected by this. Please feel free to leave comments on our blog and join the debate on our online community where you can share your thoughts and find support from other people who were clients of Apex DCM.

    Many thanks,

Yes I read it. It just goes to show you can get away with financial murder in this country and no one is checking.

Anyone who is thinking of complaining to the FSA, Whitecrow will agree with me, don't waste your energy. They are the second biggest ( after the bankers) waste of space and waste of our money in this country.

They will do nothing other than cover their own backs and keep their snouts in the trough.

I found it horrific, the first time I've had any real idea of the figures involved. I cannot believe that this isn't outright theft, surely it is criminal behaviour? Whatever it is, as Grumps says, the FSA will be of no use. At this level they essentially sell their logo, carry out no checks and impose no sanctions. They operate in a manner reminiscent of a shady used car dealers association.
  • From what i have heard there was 1036 clients.

£75,000 per month was not being allocated and this goes back to at least 2003.

Say 96 months at £75,000, thats £7,200,000 missing. Thats an average of £6950 per client.

With all the people coming to me i worked the average of what people were out of pocket by was £10,000 and there was 800 clients then. That make it £8,000,000.

All in the same ball park.

And lets be honest, police forces around the country wont be involved in all of this because of the size of the figures involved, it will be the serious fraud squad from london.

Just wish the administrators would just get on with it before the rats decide that they need a holiday in a non extradiction country.

Think we all need to see a picture of some people behind bars enjoying some B+B.

At least we would have something to show for our money

That is a good point and there passports should be taken while investigations are ongoing.
  • Don't hold your breath guys.

It is the job of the police where the company is registered ie. Nottinghamshire.

Now with CCE where £18 million has gone walkabout, yes the directors were arrested and bailed, yes passports were taken off them but within weeks the passports were returned and as the chief crook has a home in France guess where the police are having to look for the money?
