I had a read through it on HJS website have to be honest it made little sense except for the fact there has clearly been some dodgy stuff going on.

Is this not basically theft though, I never signed anything to say it was ok to invest my money. I was told that it was kept seperately and that it was perfectly safe. Clearly not! I guess the reality is that nothing is likely to come from it. But with the good work from Mike and co perhaps it won't go unheard

it is theft, but when money is obtained my deception then this is fraud.

They got us to pay money on the premise that it would go to our creditors, but it didnt it went to their failing businesses, it went to fund loans they never paid back. Then given to themselves as bonuses, to buy luxury goods all with our money.

It started off as THEFT it then became FRAUD

I have read the Mirror article via your link Mike and thanks fo it.
Also I have the info from the administrator and it does seem the only satisfaction we May get is seeing these crooks bought to book but our cash is long gone.
I have filled in the form but we were not sent sufficient paper work by DCM and the only proof we have is our bank statements and contracts.

Hi there can anyone help me to understand???:mad: I have been with DCM for 7 years. I still have not received a letter telling me they're in administration. I only know through a friend. I have received forms to fill out through an email but i dont know how to fill them out. Am i now a creditor?? I have saved all paper work i have received from DCM for the passed & years. Just started to get letters of creditors asking me for money which i though they had paid. I really am stuck and dont know what to do. Will i get back my money???? Please can someone explain it all to me.
