Acctually only once back in the late 80s, then got into trouble again and that is the reason he started DCM0 -

The bankruptcy Fermi found was 1992, and surely someone who has made a **** up of businesses on more than one occasion a good person to advise people in debt? I don't think so.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -

But he told me quite a lot of what I thought was ghis story and how he'd managed to get back on his feet and what he'd learned and how it had made him and determined to help others0 -

Good story was it maggie?
Bluddy well was and he even brought in the family.
He sounded SO genuine and in fact DID start off very well sorting through a lot of stuff and getting things on a settled basis and did actaully make the payments and got some paid in full.
He was always accessible in those days and statements came regularly every month.0 -
Does anyone know about statute debt, as i now have infomation re my debts and all barr one have not been paid or contacted since 2005 and about to disappear off my credit report and i have no ccj's just defaults. Im thinking of riding it out, and not paying any more money out. What i would like to know is will my credit scoring just stay bad forever if i let this happen? I know there are companies out there that buy statute debts to make a living (as bad as DCM) but if i know what they are chasing i will ignore them too as Martin Lewis suggests on this web site.
I would also like to thank Mike from Wales for all the hard work and time that he is putting into bringing this issue to the forefront of the media and hopefully bringing criminals to court, you are doing an amazing job! :T0 -

I took out a contract with DCM Apex in Feb 07, since then I have paid to them the grand sum of £23,780.00 from an initial dept of £28,000.00. Obviously DCM have now gone into administration and some of my creditors are saying that they have recieved no payments since Oct 08. I have now been told that my total outstanding to my creditors is still as much as £25,000.00.
My question is, am I within my rights to approach the police and persue the directors of the company for 1. breach of contract and 2. Fraud.
I should have been almost if not entirely debt free by now and am very annoyed (not allowed to swear on here) at the situation.
has anyone else been through the same thing and what was the outcome.
regards to all0
