Best mobile phone deal

Hi all,
I am currently with O2 using a Blackberry. My usage pattern is pretty hefty, and I use on average 1-2000 mins per month, 1-3GB of data, 500-1000 texts, and about 500 international mins per month. I am currently paying approx £45 per month, and every now and then up to £50 per month in additional charges.
I want to find out what is the best deal that will allow me to:
A) Switch to a new top of the range HTC handset, and
Allow me to use a lot of data, and
C) Includes the mins and text that I need without any out of bundle charges
Any suggestions?

What is giff gaff??? Never heard of them, and they don't appear to offer any hansets, only contracts. Correct? The deals look very good though, so will have a look. Many thanks grumbler/luckylucky.0

You still have to get the handset but it does mean you can buy whichever one you like0 -

If you get an HTC with big screen, remember that its battery may die soon with your heavy usage!Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0
