Second day on flylady
Yesterday went well,until.....
Well,I heard a thump when I was upstairs, but thought it was Snodge (as DH currently likes to call him,our dog),but when i finally got to the washer I saw a box had fallen off it (might have had something to do with the pile of washing on top!),and knocked off my soap powder tin,all over the floor. Then it occurred to me that the washing I have been doing last few days was mixed up,so i couldnt remember what was clean or dirty and some was wet, plus covered in soap powder.MY washing machine is in a cupboard so its too easy to shove everything in there, but I have learned a lesson
grr..I have just pulled it out into the kitchen and will wash it all again today..These things are sent to try us..
On a positive note...this should not happen again as soon I will be more organized..!!
Today going to wash as many clothes as poss then get them dried and hang straight onto hangers,to minimise ironing. daily routines and 5 mins gardeningh

woefully behind - but it's been a funny old week.
Went to 6pm showing of West is West last night - thoroughly enjoyed it! Got home at 8.30 ish to have leftovers - DD2 had cooked some Mediterranean chicken with oven chips - twas yummy! It was that new colmans one where you shove it in bag and then fling it in the oven! Very nice...... and much reduced washing up! And the whole sachet of seasoning is only 5 sins on Slimming World - as ours was divided 5 ways that meant one sin - BRILLIANT!!!!!
Washing up done, washing on - shortly to be pegged outside as it's sunny and blowing a gale!
Off to do the ironing.
This pm - it's the DLA renewal form - oh joy!:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
Ooooh I just came over all shaky and ill, almost like, and I know that none of you would (AnW'smum!), someone made a comment about 'that place that can not be mentioned' <Mudbath shivers>:rotfl:. Actually, I need to go soon as I need to stock up on tea lights for work. I'll just make I go well padded! Hope you didn't spend too much
.
I'm just going to s/s this morning as i'm meeting away for a few days (making a habit of this). Off for a shopping weekend with a uni friend - I can not wait!
First i need to pick up prescriptions and pay £100 fine because my accountant didn't submit my tax form. Hey ho.....time to move on from that idiot!
Hugs to everyone xx0 -
Oh dear, I have been rubbish this week and only really done dailies. We run a family business from home and its been crazy this week, had so much to do and DS has still be poorly so its been one of those weeks where you are constantly doing something and rushing about. Anyway DS is back to school today and havent got much work to do apart from some admin so have printed off the past 3 days and whacked them on the fridge so I will get started this afternoon. I have loads of plants to pot so am going to spend the morning in the garden :-) Hope everyone is ok xxx0
