No, I just confirmed it - Recorded DOES NOT provide online tracking. It ONLY provides delivery confirmation.

However it has recently been updated to include online POD with signature - hence why it is now accepted by Paypal for Seller Protection when it was not previously. (Which I wasnt aware of) However you still have to send them a copy of the postal receipt.

OK let me rephrase it.

You can track/trace/check online whether an item has been delivered or not.:rolleyes:

That is all Paypal ask for and they have done so for the past 4 years I've been using e-Bay and Paypal.

I think that you should offer to refund item price once item has been returned to you, its up to you whether you refund postage costs as well. I certainly don't refund return postage costs unless it was a mistake on my part. Unless you have a large amount of sales/ positive feedback an unhappy buyer leaving negative feedback could do you more damage than a refund. Put it down to experience and be a little more careful in your choice of wording in the title. Incidently why only use leather in the title rather than leather look?

i actually dont mind offering a refund as i shouldve put leather look in title but ultimatly i think its bidders responability to read description and make sure they know what they are buying...any way as i said i dont have a problem refunding item but havnt done it before so i think the genral oppinion seems to be not refund postage...so whats the best way to do a refund, buyer paid via paypal (btw am currently waiting for buyer to get back to me...)
