No it means Special Delivery. Recorded is not online trackable.0 -

I had a dishonest buyer attempt a chargeback on me but I had the Recorded delivery number and it was accepted by Paypal.
Unlike the OP who said letaher look I am currently in a fued with a seller who sold me a pair of suedette boots but stated twice in her auction they were suede.
She refuses to budge saying suede and suedette are the same. Silly cow.
I will get my money back, I don't just roll over.........:rolleyes:Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

Although the description in the trousers listing says leather look, which is fair enough and not in any way misleading, the title says leather (not leather look), so while the buyer should have read the whole ad, I can understand their expecting the title to be accurate. I'd probably offer a choice of a partial refund (say £2) if they keep the trousers, or a full refund if they return them at their own expense.
If they tried to claim that the item was not received, I would expect that their e-mail requesting a refund on the grounds that the trousers are not real leather would be accepted as proof that they had in fact been received.
The buyer may be hoping that the seller will refund and let them keep the trousers just to avoid any hassle.0 -
As stated the actual title doesnt say leather look so as you scroll down you probably wouldnt take in the second description that has look in it, sorry0

No, Paypal aren't interested in emails, only proof that the item has been delivered.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
The title of your auction is misleading saying leather trousers, this could lead the buyer to believe that they are buying leather and not leather look.
I think the error is on your part and you should give the buyer a full refund and pay for return postage, I know you state in the description that they are leather look but the title is misleading0 -
NO, the title is not part of the description. Read Ebay Rules. The title is for relevant search terms.0

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/title_desc_ov.html- Use descriptive keywords that clearly convey what you are selling
