It is posted in present tense OP says her daughter is crying as she is posting... or maybe she should have worded it differently.. but I can't see the child still crying days after an incident... that is how the conclusion these other children were out playing at 6pm was reached. At 6pm it is freezing cold and dark.. I wouldn't let my 15 and 12 year olds walk to church on their own at that time on Friday.
