  • Hi Everyone,

I haven't posted yet this year as I have decided not to do hampers for pressies this Christmas (Did some last year- they went down very well!). Anyway, I have still been checking this thread and wanted to say there are some lovely baskets, well done ladies!

I have made hot choc mugs for the girls in my team at work (I'm a supervisor) I like to get them a little something to show my appreciation, but there are 6 people in my team and I'm not made of money.

    Anyway, here's a piccie:

    cup004.jpg

    And here it is wrapped:

    cup005.jpg
    Contents-
    Mug: 75p
    Spoon: 14p
    2x hot choc sachets: 40p
    Flake Bar: 19p
    Marshmellows: 15p (approx)
Wrapping and Ribbon: Already had from last year so not counting
    Total Cost: £1.63

What do you think, is it ok as a "Happy Christmas, thank you for all your hard work this year" type gift? Also, I'm not sure about the wrapping, what do you think?

Thanks Ladies (and gents if there are any)

Sorry, not sure why the actual pic's didn't come up- I'm rubbish with technology
:love:11th March 2010- Got engaged to my amazing fiance, planning our wedding for 2012:love:

If it's a glass you're after I keep seeing some christmassy ones in wilkinsons, and keep resisting buying some, I can't remember the price but it can't be much.

  • Here's the two latest baskets (or shoe boxes wrapped up nicely) for some of the family. I would have normally give them a small wee present but thought i would do something a little different and spread the xmas cheer a little.

    002-1.jpg

This hamper is themed to Disney Princesses and it contains,

    Stickers £1 shop,
    notepad with envelopes, £1 shop
    juice bottle, £1 shop
    bubble bath, £1 shop,
    bubbles 59p from The Works
and socks from Primark (not princess ones)

The wrapped package is a DS game that I was going to give anyway. Not so moneysaving as I wouldnt have normally gave all the extra but I think she will enjoy it.

    Here's it wrapped...

    Cars cards, £1 shop
Car wee stickers 49p from poundstretchers
    Car stamper pens, £1 shop

I need to buy a car toy of some sort but will have a look in the loft first:rotfl: Its like an aladins cave up there. OH keeps moaning that we dont need anymore and I think I agree with him now!! But I keep seeing stuff that makes me say "oh, that will be perfect for xxxxx"

    Sugar

I've not got round to wrapping this one yet as I havent yet made a tag to go on the first one and if I wrap it then I will forget which one is for who! :rotfl:
