I have bought my cellophane rolls, cellophane bags, tissue paper and pull bows from this seller for the past few years:
http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/nickschicks/
The postage is capped at £4.95 so good value if you are buying a lot of stuff at once. She delivers within 48 hours.
I have bought some lovely tangerine and royal blue coloured tissue paper for my DSs hampers this year.
I am also making some kids gardening hampers for a school gardening comp, so I ordered some green cellophane for those.Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j0 -
