Unfinished and nearly finished

Been twiddling about trying to make something from not a lot
and came up with this. I'm not sure about the pink shred though so will play about with it.
Sorry about the picture - I think the lighting's gone to pot lol, and the nail varnish isn't showing very well.
Edited to add the 'laid down' version' to see if it looks any better

If I was still at work I'd be having a field day with those wine baskets :rotfl: but wouldn't have a clue where to start with labels
or homebrew. Bet the finished baskets look really good though
My OH went into a local Oddbins or similar, and bought 4 of the baskets with no sections as those above have, and had been used I think, and they cost him £4 each. They're a so and so to store and the last time I looked one had socks in it!

Hiya, it was from Home Bargains in Bilston, Wolverhampton. I bought it at the beginning of August (think the date is on the photo) and it was £1.99pinkladymel wrote: »bravobeastie.. I wonder if I know you! You must live right by me as I go to ALL the shops you do
You most probably do, i'm in Dudley. Wouldn't it be strange if we did know each other? In fact perhaps we should if we don't already, we would grab some fantastic bargains between us

Sainsbury are selling off their square, light-wood, bread bins. £2.50 from £10. I bought one yesterday to use in DS bedroom as a plant pot holder. It has the word bread (only small though) burnt into the wood but son can turn that to side to the wall

Can't find them on their website though
