    Afternoon all!
I'm late today cos I was doing a car boot sale this morning - have a new excuse everyday! Lol. Made £50, so minus the £5 pitch fee it was £45 for 2 1/2 hrs standing in the cold! Lol
Mumof3 - I stayed in the Bath YHA once and it's brilliant! Very clean and comfortable, cooked breakfast was good and v. cheap!
    Right here is my list:-
    - Checked bank
    - Did car boot, £45 profit
    - Came home and listed remaining stuff on ebay
    - One bid on other ebay item, 12.50 with 6 days left! Only expected it to go to a tenner!
    - Took picnic and flask to car boot, didn't eat it all, the rest back in fridge for tomorrows lunch
    - Swapped a book at local shop, no charge
    - Ex gave me some pink n whites he didnt want, 50 calories each? Bargain!
    - Bathe DD and me later, then HW off again
    - Minimal amount of ironing, work clothes only
    - Cleaned kitchen/tidied living room and hoovered thru

Sparkle and imagine I'm out on my motorbike right now on this beautiful day!!!

    J x
Nothing to report as yet...give me a minute...!

Glad you found the yoga relaxing, Perni :) I did a couple and then watched a couple  How bad is that?! Played the vid and then sat on the sofa :rotfl: Was watching closely to improve technique ;) That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

    Hehe I'll believe you :p

I did 2 sessions totalling roughly 45mins & was up for doing more but my OH would have been on his way back soon into it, & I would feel a bit silly doing it with him around :o I'll definitely be chucking him out of the room for a while to try it again next week though.

Have you found any benefits from it other then enjoying it? As in fitness, flexibility, etc?
