£69 might not be £100's of pounds but when you have a family to support & food to bring in its a hell of a lot of money!
We see this term an awful lot on here.
It makes the rest of us wonder how, if you don't have a spare £69 a month hanging around, were you going to manage the repayments on a loan?

You now know what this company are like, your refund will be as difficult to obtain as a loan.

You have made your complaint, in writing and have proof of delivery right? good.

Now onto the Formal Complaint, again, you have done this in writing and have proof of delivery right? good.

Did you specify the 8 week lead time on this and state the date on which you will be taking it up with FOS?

I would expect this to go right to the wire but don't back down. Once your offer arrives, it will be minus £5 which they will claim as theirs. Reject it and insist on the whole refund (as you cancelled iaw their own T&C's within 14 days).

It's no good being narky with posters on here, it's hardly anyone elses fault. No idea what an idoit is but it sounds bad.
    17. We operate a complaints procedure. If You wish to make a formal complaint, please send your complaint in writing to the following address: More Financial, Office 6945, London, W1A 6US. • yes I have done all of that>

I can afford monthly repayments otherwise I wouldn't of being applying for loans. But who has £69 to just throw away & it not matter so that comment doesn't really make any sense.

as for the idiot, people are on here looking for financial advise so what part are you actually playing???

We all no we have made a mistake but we need help now, not to be told we have made a mistake.. we all worked that one out!

Depends, what kind of advice were you hoping to receive?
You seem to have it all in hand, you understand the prcess to follow and you already know what to do if they don't respond in your favour.

You also already know how simple it was to search them out and find yourself here. Posting as a warning to others is of no use, after all, you managed to miss this post until too late.

Good luck with your refund. Most people give up at the point you are at now (no response to the complaint). If more people followed your example, they would soon go out of business.
  • Do You have any email address to them?
    thanks

What do you think is going to happen if you send an email?

EDIT: Rather than attempt to go through the trauma of clicking back a page, I'll give you the information on this page too

Its not fraud because you authorised them to take the money.

Why dont you read the posts above and do as you are required to get all but £5 back
