Yes i have used them0

Just be aware that they do not sell holidays and do not hold an ATOL licence. They book parts of holidays separately which means you have 2 or 3 different contracts and if you look at othre threads on companies such as Travel Republic and On the Beach you will see if everything goes well, you can save money but if it doesn't then you can be left with half a holiday. They appear to be based in the Isle of Man and therefore not subject to English law should you wish to sue them.0

I have booked with Express Bookers again and before i booked i did check if they have Atol protection and they do!
Maybe they did not have it when you last looked Alan

They appear to have obtained an ATOL between May and June for a total of 500 passengers a year0

Amazing, mrsIAm joins on the 1 March, asks a question on 3 March , answered by sambukashot who joined and answered on 3 March. No further activity till today 5 months later to give another thumbs up for an obscure company.0

They may have an ATOL, but they are not selling people protected package holidays. From their T&Cs:You may decide to make one or more booking with us at the same time. Please note that irrespective of the various products you book, for example a flight booking or a hotel booking, each booking is a separate booking and your bookings, even though they may be linked to the same dates of travel, do not constitute a package as defined in the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Travel Regulations 1992 ("Package Travel Regulations 1992") nor the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organisers’ Licensing) Regulations 1995, Amended 2003 ("ATOL Regulations").
If you booked a holiday with them today, you would be bound by the T&Cs on their website today, which clearly state they are not selling an ATOL protected package holiday.0 -
I booked a weekend away to Prague, easyjet flight and nice hotel, there was no package i just booked what i needed for a short break with no problems0

There are too many companies out there with pretend ATOL's for 500 seats which gives a completely false sense of security to the buyer. Unfortunately until it becomes law to be specific on the front page of a website, you need to read the booking conditions!0

What do you mean by "pretend ATOL for 500 seats" ?
Is this a loophole?0 -
For Small Business ATOL's there are no minimum accounts requirements and many businesses appear to be getting such an ATOL, to give customers comfort that they are protected, when in fact they continue, as suggested above, to sell outside the terms of their ATOL and therefore customers are no better protected.0
