The situation RAS describes is advice I have had from a solicitor, I have named DH as guardian, although he is not biological father of DD1, but has been her de facto father for most of her life.
Advice I have had is that if he chose to go to court, the judge would probably look favourably on the person who had brought the child up.Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0
