How about telling us the full story?
How accurate were you in following their T&C? Have you any proof of sending on time?0 -
Hi, I have used them dozens of times for my family and myself. As long as you stick to the terms and conditions you will get your payment. You must have miss-timed your claim or it has been lost in the post. I hope you sent the claim by recorded delivery or special delivery. These schemes only work if you pay attention to the details and if a percentage of purchasers mess up. I have had 100% success with them.0

If someone understands and complies with the t&c they should ensure they get paid. Provided the dealer hasn't gone bust it's easy to extract the payment. HOWEVER, if you jump into any cashback deal without doing proper (and I DO mean PROPER) research you are likely to not know what you're doing AND to not know what to do IF something goes wrong.
This dealer (albeit higher risk in my view because they are relatively small) has a long-standing and very good track record for payng up. I suspect from the nature of the post that the OP doesn't know how it all works, doesn't know what they are doing and hasn't a clue as to what to do to make sure they get paid. I therefore suggest they read my guide, check exactly what they have or haven't done and take whatever appropriate action is needed to ensure they don't miss out completely. Warning people away from a dealer or cashback deals for that matter when it appears the person doing the warning has messed up is not helpful to others.
The warning to others should be; ensure you put in the time or don't go for the dime. They can start with this:-

Apparently they are unique: please help with buymobilephones.net cashback voucher
Cannot you use the remaining voucher(s), scanner and photoshop?0 -
This has cropped up before. They do say "vouchers" so sounds like they've lost them all. Game over I'm afraid!0
