            Hi everybody
Have been reading this thread and I'm a bit confused. I am claiming £4700 plus interest (approx £5600) from Bank of Scotland. They haven't replied to either of my first two letters yet.
Can anybody tell me if i am right to pursue Bank of Scotland at the Head Office in Edinburgh even though I live in Southampton?
Bit concerned about the £750 limit in Scotland but would welcome any advice anybody can give me. (i.e. if I can still claim through Moneyclaim am I safer to drop my interest claim and stick to under £5000 just claiming the charges?)
Also, have had further charges in the last week or so. can I add these on when I (hopefully) get going with court claim?
You are all wonderful on this site. Thanks in advance for such a cooperative support network.Lou0

I see that in england you can file small claims online, is there such a service for those of us in scotland>?
also i have been unable to find my local county court? is there a different name for them in scotland?
 thanks in advance
