Problems with albelli - what are my rights

Last October after fiancee gave birth to our daughter I thought it would be q lovely idea to commemorate the occasion with a professional photo album. I spotted an offer in a GroupOn daily email for a 20 pound voucher off any album off. The Albelli photobooks website. Had to pay 5 pounds but a good deal for twenty pounded off the album price, or so I thought. The website works by getting you to download their software on to your pc and you drag and drop photos in to the pages and add effects etc.
My intention was to get this ordered in time for my partner's birthday at the end of November.with very little time to devote to doing this as I was spending most of my time in hospital I spread setting it up over w few nights but in total, as I wanted to get it looking just right, it probably took a few hours to complete. I went to the order page of the application and it crashed. Reporting it their support desk had no response so I phone them on numerous occasions but everything they suggested wouldn't work. Don't think it could cope on my Windows 7 with Kaspersky internet security. Still nothing was done and I missed my fiancee's birthday. Continued trying with them with view to using it as a Christmas present. Support was absolutely shocking and it wasn't fixed by Christmas either. I complained higher then and was told by a manager that I'd be given the album for free once they'd fixed the issue. Sounded promising but whatever he suggested didn't work. Said he'd have to speak to programming and I haven't heard from them since. That was in January. Shocking company. More irritated by the amount of time I put in to it more than anything. What are my rights and what can I do next?

I've emailed you my contact details now via the page on your website. Due to my previous support emails though, I'm very dubious about any kind of positive response. Says my reference number is 770333. Let's see where we get this time...0

Albelli have just sent me my album at long last. Very nice it is too thank you. Had to send the pics by cd through the post in the end. The resulting album is lovely. Would consider using them again so long as I have guarantees that the final upload of the album doesn't crash again.0
