Hi all,
Think I forgot to post mine last week, but managed to stick to it quite well for a change! The plan for this week is:
Sat - Chicken with Creamy Bacon Penne (DH cooking)
Sun - Pork in Cheese & Leek Sauce, Potatoes, Broccoli
Mon - Sausage, Mash & Mashed Turnip
Tue - Chilli & Rice/Pitta Bread
Wed - Chicken Tikka Masala (jar of sauce  (1/2 price in M&S and very nice), shhh, don't tell on me!)
Thu - Steak Fajitas
Fri - Sweet & Sour Chicken & Rice
Lunches will be salads, sandwiches and HM soup (Lentil & Bacon).
Breakfast will be cereal, toast, but full breakfast next weekend as we have guests!
I also plan to bake something easy this week - maybe cookies or shortbread. I made blueberry & white chocolate muffins last week for the first time, and they were quite good! Of course, I could do pancakes couldn't I?!
Have a good week everyone. x0 -
Stuck to last week's plan apart from a slight takeaway "accident" on Thursday! So Thursday and Friday have now become Friday and Saturday! So this week is:
Saturday: Chicken and ham lattice pie
Sunday: Chicken curry and rice
Monday: Ham, egg and chips for OH, ham, new potatoes, veg & onion sauce for me
Tuesday: Chicken caesar salad for OH, prawn salad for me, followed by pancakes!
Wednesday: Fajitas
Thursday: Roast chicken with veg & gravy (plus roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings for OH)
Friday: Quaesadillas
Saturday brunch will be bacon & eggs, Sunday will be boiled eggs for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch.
In the week, breakfasts will be yoghurt and fruit, lunches will be sandwiches for OH and HM soup and roll for me.
Snacks and puddings will be fruit, banoffee pie and twinks (made my first batch yesterday, they are delicious!)0
