I have a slightly mixed up menu as dh works long days, 3 on, 3 off, so when he is here he has a light luch or cereal after the gym and then we have our main meal at around 4-4.30 after school. When he's at work I cook a meal for him to take as a hot dinner and just make easy tea for myself and the kids.
Monday- Lunch for dh a piece of stuffed fish that's been lurking in the freezer along with some rice salad
Dinner L'Eish ( an Algerian dish of wee pasta type balls served with lots of a spicy tomato based sauce, a little meat and some veg.
Tuesday- Dh work lunch lamb curry
Tea -cheesy champ and baked beans
Wednesday- Dh work lunch Tuna pasta
Tea Mince and onion pie, mash, gravy and veg
Thursday- Dh work lunch pasta with pesto, olives and cherry toms
Tea pasta with tomato and hidden veg sauce
Friday- Salmon fillets with potato rosti, poached egg on top and salad.
Saturday- Cous cous (the Algerian way of course!!!)
Spicy prawn stir fry
Sunday- HM lentil soup and HM bread
HM Spring rolls and saladFather Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away...:D:D
