Getting so frustrated at the minute. We have had no viewings whats so ever in the 3 months we've had the house for for sale now.
we reduced the house by 5k just to see if we can get any viewings.we put it up at 125k. 2 bed semi with garage. lovely new estate.
worst thing is the house we have our eyes on has been reduced by 13k.
so dishearting this like. We thought our house would sell almost as soon as it went up to be honest.

Your asking price is simply too high - don't worry about dropping the price more as you'd be justified in looking for the equivalent discount on the house you buy next. Its the cost to change that counts.
Of course the above assumes you have sufficient equity to be able to accept lower offers. If this is not the case I'm not sure what else you can do.0 -

Drop the price if you want a quick sale or any chance of buying the house that you like.
We dropped ours 10K on a 110K house after no viewings for 2 months. WE also got a new very pro-active EA and in the 3 weeks have have had them are onto our 3rd viewing tommorrow and 4th on sat.......the original EA has only given us one in the whole time. Good luck0 -
I would agree with PasturesNew. Credit is very tight at the moment and with few FTBs coming into the market even non-FTBs are having trouble completing their chains. It will attract interest at the right price. Always having a go at your EA though.0
