Thank you so much (particularly to dear sweet Moozie-who knows what she has done!!). This made me cry(pretty easy at the mo!). Firstly let me send loads of love to everybody that are struggling for whatever reason. This site is totally amazing and very humbling.Anyway let me (moan) give you a very quick update. Can't eat(at last will lose some weight YEA!) only drinking through a straw. Not too fab today they either suspect a severe reaction to last tablets or blood poisning. Off for some tests later today. BUT..........The support that we've got from here has ben astounding. As I'm sure you all know we don't have any friends that live in the area and no family so knowint that there are people who give a damm helps so much. I dont feel totally alone anymore. For that, from the bottom of my heart I want to say a very heartfelt thank you. You are amazing. Again, thank you.Blind as you run...aware you were staring at the sun.

Lots of warm fluffy feelings and huggles going out to all those that need them.
Things finally looking up for me money wise...no longer so-skint-can't-afford-to-buy-milk while at uni but do know and remember just how hard it is to struggle through trying to get everything cleared.
For the newbies out there, the oldies (lol ) will know I spent all last year clearing my debts in time for getting to uni.
My debt was not as big as some, but I still found myself with no money about a week after payday and just did not know where it had gone. Couldn't have done it without all the guys on here - they were my inspirationProud DFW Nerd #62

I fear things are collapsing all around me at the mo, this nil pay business is really taking its toll and i have very little money left at all, and nil entitlements to our lovely benefits "safety net".
Im not blue and glum, and keeping busy. But I am well and truly struggling, and send support to everyone else who is in similar boats xxxx

What a lovely thread, hugs to you all! Christmas is a very hard time to cope with at the best of times, but especially when we are all working so hard at not spending more than we need.
Can I make an offer? Is there anyone out there who would like a King Kong dvd to use as a Christmas present for someone? I bought it off CDwow thanks to a post on here, but I really have no one to give it to. I could put it on ebay but I'd rather give it to someone here who might need it.
I'll pay the postage as well ( as you can see I'm nearly debtfree) Just send me a pm, but please only if you really want it, that's why I put it on here not on freebies.0 -
