I'm avoiding the guilt because I havent been a very good DFW just lately :o

Oh I did that! But I owned up to it and got a gentle kick up the bum and some words of encouragement and support and I'm well and truly back on that wagon :D

    Give it a try!

Definitely :grouphug: to anyone struggling at the moment. I find it a constant struggle & couldn't do it without the support from this board - it's amazing. I'm struggling with teenage daughter. I feel guilty that her life is restricted because I've been so useless in the past :(

Anyway keep going everyone - good luck.

I know that I don't post much, but I do read a lot and I'm on here most days. Massive hugs for those who are struggling right now, and that goes for everyone. We're all here because we've either been there or are currently there, or worried because we look to be headed there, and this place is the one little ray of hope that many people have.

    Much love to everyone.

The lovely Moozie has put it so well. Sending big hugs to anyone who needs them. It's not always easy being a DFW and I love my little support network on here :D

Big hug to all those who have had a bad week, weekend, day, whatever....... This is the first weekend i've felt positively jealous when I saw a neighbour/friend coming home from John Lewis with bags of shopping etc. I'm not a big shopper but it's just been one of those cold, fed up, pms times when i wanted to be glum and see everyone else was better off than me. I'll be back to normal tomorrow. Hugs to everyone. xxxxxx

PS I wouldn't swap my life with my neighbours for any amount of money normally so i know it's just been a bad day!
