    Evening all

I think I qualify for the cowshed lotion mag -probably go for grumpy cow or moody as they don't have a poorly cow version .I've been stuck in bed with a high temp, sore throat and cold since lastnight, feeling a little bit selfish aswell as hubby had plans to go out and I forced him to cancel to spend time with me instead. The spending time involved bringing tissues , hot drinks and paracetomal to bed so hubby is not impressed .

4 ins to report-Moisture surge and clinique lippie from u know where
ellnette mini pink spray-Free as sis borrowed my half used spray last week and kindly replaced it today
Max factor falsies mascara-Long lost unused mascara which mum found while hoovering under the sofa.

Loving the moisture surge -I would buy this full price if I am not able to get hold of any more from the mags.

Haven't caught up with the posts yet so just sending happy and get well vibes for all those in need.
    Love can tame the wildest

Well had one estate agent come round today to value the house and it's not as bad as I thought, although could have been better!!

Worse thing was to come home and find half the house missing. Apparently hubby has taken it upon himself to take furniture out of the house, I thought to have it stored somewhere, but it seems as though he may have found himself somewhere else to live and needed the furniture for his new place. It wouldn't be so bad but he hasn't told me anything, not even that he was moving out, and won't answer any of my calls or texts.

Trying to stay on the positive side but am finding it upsetting that he can just so easily move on as if nothing's wrong.

Sorry to have a moan but I just feel really down at the moment.

Even worse still, no toiletries used up

EssexHebridean, I toally agree. The 2 products I got with Glamour feels like a real treat since they were bought with my £20 a week living allowance rather than with my credit card. Me too, is truly grateful for my stash but also very pleased to see some of the unloved products in the bin when used up. Well, done for continuing to overpay your mortgage payment when you are earning less.

Thanks Becky! :) When we realised we were about to have a swift reduction in oncome MrEH immediately said we should cancel the OP but I was determined we wouldn't - I've worked flipping hard to get to that level of OP'ing, there was no way I was going to let it slip at the first sign of trouble! :D

i'm feeling very inferior at the moment with all these make up stashes :) i think if i counted mine up i would possibly squeak about 10 items in total.

does anyone body brush? i've had a brush for ages but whenever i've tried using it it feels like it's scratching me, is that what it's suposed to do? will it eventually not hurt? I really need to do something like this as i have oedema (sp?) in one of calves/ legs which makes it about two inches wider than the other and it's driving me to despair. I'm hoping body brushing will help the fluid to move.

Glad to see And has already responded to this as I know she's a regular with the body brush. I try to remember to use mine regularly and I do really see a difference in my thighs and bum when I am using it. Mine is a Sanctuary one and is quite firm, but it's fine for my legs.

    hi guys,

just managed to log on and wanted to say thanks to you guys for all your amazing ideas and support, been putting them into action already!

been busy since yesterdays post, instead of going out buying fragrances went out to pick up our new car!! just too scared to drive it, kids defo NOT allowed in it, will be like a pigsty by the end of the week i'm sure (still clinging onto the old car-find it hard to let go of things -same as with my stash!! lol) but have to give it up brother wnats to buy it and need the money

    passed my online exam!!

gritted my teeth and DIDNOT go to asda to look for whoopises at closing time

money queen-thats quite a stash of lush products!!-one shop i have NEVER ventured into (I know i lead a sheltered life!)

thankfully can say i am not tempted by the glamour magazine offer, obviously i have other temptations to combat though.

am working all day tomorrow so no opportunities for slipping onto town on the way home!

thanks again for a great thread x

Sounds like you've made a really good start on fighting back celebrate - well done to you!

Exciting having a new car too - what sort is it? :D

And - yes, he told me that a little while ago - was tempted to reply to Kirstys post about El Hombre on atacanta that he had had almost as many comebacks as Stargazy, but thought better of it ;)

Julies foal is adorable, though going to be naughty... just got to keep everything crossed for Red's scan now !!

Adorable foal Trudij - definitely will keep fingers crossed for your girl's scan too! :T

Ouch to the sciatica Betty - that's the back problem that affects down your leg as well isn't it? Really hope it's better soon. Does a soak in a hot bath help ease it at all, or would it at least make it easier for you to sleep tonight?

:rotfl: at Sarah's OH and the bubble bath! :D

Hi sorry to hear that, he sounds like such an a**, why are men so selfish???

Try not to sit at home feeling sorry for yourself, don't give him the satisfaction! Have you got any friends (apart from us!) who you could have a drink or chat with? How about a night out or a girly night in?? Try not to spend all evening thinking about him it will only make you miserable and won't achieve anything.

Mys husband has left me 3 times (or been kicked out, can't remember which way round now... oops!), now he now works away and neither of us can commit to moving to be with the other, we love each other but can only stand so much of each other, terrible i know.

Keep your chin up and loads of hugs being sent your way XXXXX

Offloaded a pack of Nivea wipes to DD at the weekend, she uses them to remove her make up prior to cleansing.

I had 2 unintentional INs today

    - clinique mini mascara, free with Glamour magazine

LOL - just get in and go for it! The more you worry about it, the more you build it up into something scary. I'm a shorty used to driving small cars (Fiat 127, Renault 5, Citroen AX, Citroen Saxo, Clio, Clio and Clio, plus OH's Citroen C3), and a few years ago took part in a charity road-rally from John O Groats to Lands End - the vehicle our team had was a Ford Galaxy which was by far the biggest thing I'd ever driven (apart from fork-lift trucks!) but the excitement over doing the rally outweighed the nerves I felt at driving something which felt huge!

Seriously - tomorrow, go and drive the thing - just think how much more you'll be able to see from that lovely high driving position!

Oh hon, I am sorry to hear that. I guess the term "amicable" doesn't really apply any more then. :( My OH (legally trained) says if you've not seen a solicitor you must do so now......also suggests you ought to get the locks changed. Presumably you have nowhere else to go, and I guess you dont want any more of your/joint possessions going walkies without the two of you actually talking it over and reaching an agreement. Good luck with everything sweetie - I will be crossing my fingers for things to get better for you.

Sonee - sounds like you've been pretty poorly then - poor you. :(

No UU's to report here but on the grounds that my foundation is now truly "spluttering" - quite literally, I suspect that tomorrow morning will be the last use for that, before it completely covers my dressing table with little splatters of Avon's finest! :D

Avon courier delivers tomorrow but so far as I can recall I've not ordered anything for myself. I will be getting suncream next time round though as a bottle of SPF50 for £4 is too good to miss, and all mine is getting on in years!

By the way - I intend to add a bit to my stash list detailing stuff I want to try as and when I need to buy again in each category where I don't have a HG product already.
