Flirtini, re the body shop offer; If you will use all of it and love it, go for it. Make your order up to >£25 for the free body butter and then use the £5 off voucher to get it cheaper than if you were to actually just buy the set and pay for delivery. bought 3 because I will use all of the items in there and the ones that I don't use immediately will be used for gifts as occasions come around. I'm coming into a run of girly birthdays so will be using the items for this purpose as everyone loves TBS and views them as expensive so I get to have extra pampering items for myself for the pice of 2.5 peoples gifts (we go on a £20 price range for gifts).
As for the clinique, if you don't need make up remover atm and don't really need/ want the GWP, I would save your money. Just get the foundation as it's your HG.
Quick q though, what are you going to do with all of your other foundations? If you are going to use them, could you use them all up and then go and buy the Clinique in the hope that there's a better offer/ you need make up remover by then? Or can you not bear to use them? If you can't bear to use them, get rid of them and don't hang onto them.
ETA: Rosemary, so very pleased that you found your hole! Now could you be a doll and pop round to find mine? Ta very much!0 -
BTW, I'm miffed with my B**ts mailings vouchers, £5 worth of points wys £50!! I haven't spent that much in absolutely ages
£5 off wys £20 on Too Faced (which is really tempting as I wanted to try their Shadow Insurance - but a £20 spend involves other purchases
)
How about £20 phone top-up, your lunch, packet of razor blades, things like that would add up or you could just bin it and hope there will be proper glitches soon.
Thanks for the review of the vitality show, sounds like a good day :T

I found that, went for number 56 'Intense hot brown' nearest to red I could find, suppose I could try it once
Afternoon, just got back from town as Sir wanted some batteries but as it was a nice day I didn't object. Had a fairly successful trip actually and with the exception of the batteries and some pegs (exciting stuff!) everything else was free!
Used the free hair dye voucher in Superdrugs, never ever had brown hair before, think OH might have a shock as its been red ever since he's known me.
Popped into BS and used my £5 off voucher so got a free little body gift set - japanese cherry blossom - contains a little shower gel and body butter, No idea what its like but for free I cant really complainWas debating whether or not to give it as a gift or keep it for myself, but in my efficiency/madness (delete as appropriate) I bought a tonne of stuff in the sales which is enough for presents for all my family for the rest of the year....Only person I havent bought for is OH and I don't think he'd appreciate something so girly
Still no clearer on what to spend my BS groupon voucher on, and still no idea what Ill do with the stuff either - but the SA informed me its buy-one-get-one half price on fragrances at the moment so thats a possibility...I sprayed some of that white musk earlier and although I like it I can't help but feeling I smell a bit like washing (nice washing not like the horrible smell the stuff comes out of my washing machine)
Popped into primark for a few accessories, new pair of shoes, pair of flipflops, a few pairs of tights and a bag which came to exactly £15 so techincally free too seeing as I had that £15 from online the other day :TMFW 2020 #111 Offset Balance £69,394.80/ £69,595.11

:rotfl:@ Rosemary losing (and finding) the hole.
@ Thevicster - that is such a shame but I am loving your upbeat vibe about the process.
Great news - Not long til Red is back Truiji
I am with Kaz on her thoughs about life in your thirties. For me my most difficult birthday was my 29th as I knew it was the last year of my twentysomething life. Turning thirty was a breeze in comparison oddly enough. I feel a lot more secure in myself and have become very self relient too. I am single and don't have any kids but I think my life is a lot better than in my 20's in many ways. I own my own place, work has improved in terms of stress levels and pay, my relationship with my mum is great now and I have learned a lot about what I need to make me happy ( and not feel really guilty about that). I still have lots to learn and things I want to experience and achieve....I love the saying "do one thing every day that scares you" and I try to do that. Today's was chairing the first meeting of a really important working group of professionals .......So in short don't put too much pressure on yourselves to have life "sorted out" by thirty.
Anyway back on topic....
No INs or OUTs just the never ending splutterers. Due to the good weather (even in Glasgow) I am going to spend some time tonight buffing the old toes. Had to hide them away today as I have neglected them in recent weeks. Not sure what colour yet.

I've used the Lush Henna (Caca Rouge)(yes it means 'poo') and it's fairly easy to use just time consuming. It covers everything and any blonde/white/grey bits go a bit lighter and look like you've had it highlighted - I like it:mad::mad::mad: Sublime Mousse don't have any reds in the range so the 2 freebie vouchers I have are useless. I noticed that too - and chose the same one. If you're not going to use your voucher(s) sofababe I'll take them off your hands
I finally managed to get a voucher printed - took four goes and I 'wasted' 3 email addys before I could get one printed - the CouponStar thing kept freezing my laptop AND desktop:mad:
I topped up my dye purchase with a couple of bits to get the £3 voucher - poor SA on the till was baffled by the voucher and had to get the manager over to help him - so everyone was staring at me as if I was scamming them
UU's
S&G Hand Food (full size): WIBA? Yeah - I will do as I really rate it and it really is non-greasy
Nivea Visage Soft and Soothing Face Mask (sachet): WIBA? I doubt it (this was a passalong from DD). It wasn't particularly soothing and one sachet cost about as much as a whole tube of the Boots Cucumber Mask which I do like. It said 'one use' on the sachet but I could have got two out of it if I hadn't dropped it in the bath
IN's
Superdrug Essentials Hand Cream: 59p - a NEED
Carmex Cherry Lipbalm: £2.54 - will be needed by Monday and got it to top up to get the voucher so essentially FREE(sort of :rotfl:)
Adding £3 to my Sig Total.
All this bargain shopping is leaking into my sub-concious  I had a dream last night about Zombies invading Birmingham (that will be Glee's fault :rotfl:) but no-one would leave the town centre as the final reductions were due to start and no-one wanted to leave their place in the queue :rotfl: Bizarrely I think I was in Top Shop and I never shop there :rotfl: (I did get a fab handbag for £1.13 - in my dream :rotfl:)
I'm quite taken with the S&G £5 Code and may treat myself to the bundle after all - I reckon I could make some of the ££ back by flogging the bits I won't use. The code's valid 'til April 5th so will have a think. (This is where you all tell me I don't need it and talk me out of it right?)
We're doing some furniture re-arranging this weekend and once it's done I'm going through my gift stash and sorting it out properly so I may end up with a few extra IN's - but also should find a few bits for the charity box. That's the plan anyway
Hope everyone's sorted for a great weekend :cool:0 -

Got an email today from Boots saying that I dodn't get the job
The OPI Silver Shatter is going to be part of a Pirates of the Caribbean range due out in May. Do like the look of the red one posted above.
Sorry about the job vicster. Keep positive.Forgot to say I had UUs!!
Boots Extracts Mango Body Wash 75ml - WIBA? Well I bought it last year in the little gift set with the BB in the 75% off sale. I have another 1 or 2 in the stash. I do love the smell - it's heavenly
Think I'm going to try this when all my shower gels have gone (if it's not discontinued by then as I have loads to get through!). Recently tried the mango body butter and it was divine.
A few INs for me today : Avon order arrived. Am presently wearing Gunmetal nail lacquer (v. nice). Also got a tube of Spotlight shower gel (I thought it was body lotion when I ordered it - can't send it back when it was only 99p!), a gift set of lipglosses and a brown mascara (which I did NEED).
Two UUs - Finally the bottle of Sainsbury's Nail Lacquer Remover has gone. WNBA - am preferring the Cutex one I bought as a replacement. Also used up another (and the last) travel size of L'Occitane Verbena shampoo. WNBA. Much prefer Ojon.
Have a good weekend. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

I have two outs. It was my sisters birthday on the 6th and she's down this evening from Reading. I was going to get her some gifts out but I decided to let her go shopping in the stash for her gifts. She has chosen a large tub of sanctuary body souffle and a tube of No7 blissful body wash (can you tell how generous I am now, my two most wanted to use items and I've let her have them! Although there are more of each in stash.).
Looking forward to getting the BS order soon...... I have to laugh at myself - having put in place a self-imposed rule that I will not spend any cash on toiletries (or obtain any more shampoo other than small freebies) this year, I'm stupidly excited over the thought of spending a £3 voucher in Superdrug...:rotfl:
I bought some feminine hygiene products today and a shower cleaning spray in addition to the free hair dye to qualify for the £3 voucher. The pads were on a discount too, which was jolly useful. :T
I should really be doing some work but I've just been taking a stroll round Superdrug's website, deciding how to maximise my tiny windfall. I know what I don't need - body lotion, body spray, shower gel, eye gel, anti-perspirant, shampoo, perfume, moisturiser or hand/foot cream - but anything else is fair game...
Leave in conditioner? Rinse out conditioner? Body polish? Moisturising soap? Body butter? Hand wash? What to choose...?
It reminds me of when I was first married and almost everything was expensive, with rampant inflation - I can still visualise some of the toiletries I had then, as I had so little and things were chosen with such care.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0
