Juliebunny - hope everything works out ok with your job. What is your stash like? Do you really need any more stuff to see you through??!!

    hope Roshy is okay

    !

<shuffles whilst looking at feet> er, yes stash is still healthy. I pulled out a bag of BS stash before I went out (window) shopping on sunday and it worked to stop me buying anything cos I had a vision of about ten body butters staring at me!

Thanks for the advice - I'm staying strong, ish..

That Clinique yellow moisturiser is still staring at me from the newsagents window - is this the only one left in the country now? They also have eye make up remover and the lip gloss with stick thingy....
Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!

Aldi's Specials - out on Thursday - have new beauty products that I've not seen before, wonder if I will get one for Mother's Day?

Hand, eye, night and day creams, also facial serum.

I use a small empty body butter tub to keep my solid shampoo in, does the job fine
  • Just out of curiosity, does anyone here use those Tangle Teezer brushes? Since I grew my hair out it has a tendency to get really knotty and tangly, especially after blow drying or when I wake up in the morning, and my normal comb and brush don't do anything for it. I quite like the look of them but am a bit reluctant to pay £10 for a hairbrush if it's no good, so was wondering if anyone had used one before and if they were worth it...

I don't have a tangle teaser brush but I've heard good things about it.

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair: WIBA? I don't think it's quite what my skin needs yet, maybe in a few years when I'm older and I need something of that texture. .

I have quite a few of those creams aimed at mature skin mostly in gift with purchase size. I find they are brilliant if my skin has gone a bit dry, in cold weather or just if I've neglected my skin a bit by going to bed with make up on :o Instead of using the whole pot up I alternate them with other creams.

Great idea, a body shop mini body butter tub would be a good size.

Where can I get this coconut oil? Boots? supermarket? Health food shop?

Superdrug sell it in pots for about £2,it's solid but you can throw the tub in a sink of warm water to melt it, or just pull some off and melt it in your hands, hth, xx

I have so many pages to catch up on! Busy month and my home computer died, but I have a new one now.

Only one UU (but no ins) the UU was the Soap and Glory Flake Away. WIBA? probably it does a good job of exfoliating but as I now done have a body scrub I might just have a look round to see if there is anything else I fancy trying.
