I found this great last month - monthly aims are so much more manageable than yearly!
My list for March:
- continue to make all our bread/cakes etc (except for a bought birthday cake by special request this week)
- a few more runs around the park
- aim to play badminton each weekend, when partner is around. If not, skip (I joined in with the girls' skipping the other day, and had forgotten how much fun it is!)
- finish rejigging filing system. Almost there, but I need a final push
- meet NSD target for the month (didn't quite make it last month)
- buy no books
- no clothing purchases for me
- paint at least one room - keep putting this off

No bought lunches at work
Continue not smoking (currently 61 days since my last cig)

Goal 1: to increase the number of NSD's. Excellent success so far 13 NSD's this month
Goal 2: to try to increase income. May be getting extra money at work next month
Goal 3: reduce outgoings. Reduced shopping bill
Goal 4: not to be tempted by burger joints and coffee bars. Avoided burger bars but not coffee shops, but only been a few times this month so I guess that's positive
Goal 5: Look at the t&cs for the other credit cards and see if I can transfer some of the debt to them at a lower APR. COMPLETED
Goal 6: Daily spending diary. Must hunt round for a notepad and pencil.. So far 28 days kept and counting
Goal 7: Limit electric use. In processDebt at worst: £33000 (Feb 2011). Present debt: £25610 (Apr 2012)
