I used this thread for February and thought I would start a new one for March as its just around the corner
To quote the OP "I used to do this thread away back when I first had my LBM and many people found it a very positive way to start the month.
Just list your aims for the next month and you can look back on them as each day/week passes and use it as motivation."
My aims for March:
- update signature when payments made 5th March
- £50 spare money after all bills for this month - stick to this!!
- spend birthday prezzie money wisely
- hope to get paid early again this month (drama of 6 paydays a month which change every month) to fund a family weekend away end of March
- move petrol money to car kitty esavings again
- apply for a new interest free credit card *fingers crossed*
- loose 2lbs+
- exercise twice a week

I was wondering if there would be a March thread, I did post in the Feb one but never remembered to come back. In fact Feb wasn't a great month apart from my holiday which was wonderful and made me realise just how miserable I have been. So my aims for March are as follows.......
1. Take my vitamins each day
2. Sort out my taxes (self employed stuff)
3. Sort out the student loans company (possible overpayment)
4. File my paperwork (this has been irritating me since before Christmas....)
5. Go to the Dentist and ask about the pain I am getting
6. exercise 3 times a week
7. work out a healthy eating plan and actually stick to it. (weight watchers??) (Dukan diet??)
8. Pay off the Tesco's spending from Holiday
9. Get loan below 2500. (currently 3118)
10. Ebay 10 items
If I can do these I will feel much more in control and a Summer holiday will be a possibility.

This was nice in Feb and I managed most of them so am trying again in March with another one added
- Stick to my GC budget and aim to come in under
- Aim to meet NSD target for March (blasted Feb's!)
- Use TD only once fortnight preferably
- Over pay on CC by £130
- Pay £20 in SPC and £31 into £365 pots
- Run 3 times a week
- Restart Shred Dvd
- Start selling again on ebay for exercise equipment unused
- Go walking at least 2 weekends in March
- Continue to take in lunch for work and uni etc
- Make cakes + biscuits instead of buying them
- Sow some seeds
- Tidy garden up
- Clean house after work instead of weekends and also do some reading for course on days not cleaning
- Continue to cook meals from scratch and no ready meals or pizzas
- See if I can gather some more funds to pay back CC

hey there -
I also didnt post again on the Feb thread, but I loved the idea and I did actually do really well on the challenges I had set for myself! This month I'll try to:- keep up the 3x per week exercise
- keep meal planning, cooking from scratch and trying to try out a new recipe once a week
- not go over budget on trip to Scotland for my friends wedding
- not to kill my father while he's visiting me at the end of the month
- finish the bedspread / pillow cases set I'm crocheting for my friends wedding pressie in time!

Some really good suggestions, thank you!
- Sort out paperwork which has also been bugging me for months. I need a folder!
- Sort out cheaper car insurance
- "Make" £100 through eBay or Play etc
- Stick to budget
- Not buy anything that could be construed as a "treat"
- Hunt down those bargains
- Start my running again
- Cancel OH expensive bank account, crazy!
- Keep the house tidy (which might involve tidying it up first!)
- Not spend more on anything that I need to - no impulse buys, research research research
= Lost half a stone!
Lets do this!If you knew it then you know it!
