:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: to put you both out of your quandry, it's pole dancing. Though not sleezy stripping before anyone thinks I'm clearing my debts that way ;) It's centered around pole fitness. I've been doing it for 2 1/2 years now and really enjoy my classes, most of us have been in the same class together for quite a while so we all know each other pretty well and it's a good giggle. However, Friday mornings are usually spent counting bruises and achy bits :rotfl:

Ooo I'd love to try something like that, don't think I've quite got the flexibility for it though!

I'm not doing very well this week at all, today was meant to be another NSD then I found out that one of my fave bands are playing near me on my birthday weekend in July so I just HAD to book it before the tickets sell out :p

NSD #3 for me today, got to go to bed soon to prep for night shift so no chance of spending (not even in my sleep!)

I wouldn't mind giving pole dancing a try either, but I haven't got enough strength in my upper arms to heft the rest of me around :P

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up; always try just one more time

Thank you BDINI. I might be wrong, and I don't want to jump the gun, but I THINK I might be feeling a LITTLE bit better today. For the first day in a week I don't think I have any more- mind you, there isn't any room left in my mouth for any more
I went out for a lovely 8-mile walk with my friend this morning. It is a gorgeous cold but sunny day and having a lovely chat took my mind off the pain a bit:)

I also found out that chocolate brownies are very good to eat when you have mouth ulcers, as they don't hurt!! :D

Due to the chocolate brownies- and a few other things from the market- today was a spendy :p

Thats great news Suzie, i shall keep my fingers crossed you are on the mend....
& yum to chocolate brownies, i swear by chocolate as a remedy for everything!!

Well not an NSD, i am off for a little drink with a good friend who has left her job today, so it would be rude not to help her celebrate

I will leave you all in SF's capable hands for tonights update, but don't forget that soggy paintbrush will still be close by! :rotfl:
