Erm..........I might be wrong, but is it Double the Discount? However, what does ETA mean? I see some posters using this and I havent a clue what it means:think:

DTD = Double the difference - Mr T claim they are cheaper than Mr A and will double the difference on any shop you do that is more expensive (this is capped at £20 now, though :rotfl: )

ETA = edited to add ( or that is what I use it for ) x

ETA (:D) Sorry, didn't check that others had already answered the ETA one ;)

No 9 NSD for me today. Went Tesco shopping last night. Couldn't believe how much food prices have risen. I did a big (but not that big!) monthly shop but still was absolutely staggered when the bill came to £92:mad: Then filled up with petrol -£52 :(. And the car needs new tyres. At least the weather's lovely. Have a great weekend everyone:beer:

No NSD for me. Another disaster. *Long sigh*

Do we still have wacky days out? I definately feel the need for one. How is Hubert these days anyway?
I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)

As of the last count I have cleared
    [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt. :(
  • Well I had a horrible, horrible day at work on Thursday which resulted in the following:
    10 cigarettes
    5 gin and tonics

    And then on Friday:
    1 hangover
    1 restorative sausage roll
    1 sainsbury's lunch meal deal

Urgh! I knew I was an emotional spender (which is what the lunch was about, I had a pack lunch I just didn't "feel" like having the thing I'd brought with me, so I'm quite annoyed with myself for that) but the drinking to forget a work day in really not me, and indicative of how down the job is getting me at the moment.

So no NSD to report, but still 6 days in the month and 4 NSD to find. And I'm determined not to let my @***h*** boss affect me like that.

I have some errands to run tomorrow, but hoping to get a NSD on Sunday. And will be spending some of the weekend working on my CV ;)

  • :( I hope the cccs can help you xxx ((((hugs))))

No NSD since last time I logged in and probably not any more for the month as I am taking advantage if the Mr T DTD promotion :D I think it's worth a punt to stock up on some stuff so later in the year I spend less (well, thats the theory!)...Blown the GC budget as well because of the promotion....there is always next month ;)

ANOTHER NSD FOR ME BORROWED MONEY FOR LECCY METER FOR WEEKEND

THANKS LittleMissHappy spoke to a man at cccs and although he was nice and helpfull i'm more confused than before so i went for a walk to try and clear my head and ended up at my daughters took me 40 mins ( its only 5 mins in a car)i'm so slow anyhow she helped me to cancel the sky and internet 30 days notice they tried to get me to stay but i didnt give in so i might not be on very much depends on a few things bt doing a special offer unlimited bb for £10 amth snag its an 18 mth contract with security too but 18mths is a long time i might wait til i get my budget back on track and can always use dongle for now seeing as i got it working again :D who says i'm too old to learn new stuff? rest of day ****
one thing i don't get is i was told i'm not spending enough on food he said £189 for 1 adult and 1 child per month?? even if i wasnt in debt i wouldn't have that left if i paid everything properly and he was going on about birthdays and xmas then hairdressers wth I OWE ABOUT £8000 GIVE OR TAKE WHY WOULD I WANT TO WASTE MONEY I DON'T HAVE NO MENTION OF CLOTHING BUDGET,I'D RATHER BE WARM THAN HAVE NICE HAIR VERY STRANGE( MAN )IYSWIM
Not a problem though as i only wear jeans and t shirts and jumpers mens ones usually cos they fit better and cheaper see i don't cost a lot it's everything else that costs and kids don't help no matter how much i say we have no money they just don't listen once i said if they can make the money stretch further they are welcome to try, no offers so i think i won that one time the only thing that seems to be going ok is my nsds mind you i feel like a cheat after all if you aint got it you caint spend it
