Do you ever stop Bonnington? You work so hard
..I don't know whether to make it a smiley or a sad face . My OH does a lot, but nowhere near as much as you!
I hope you're planning to take some time out for yourself this week, you deserve a break.

bonnington, I wish you would stop and sit down occasionally. Do you ever try and delegate some of these jobs to the rest of your family ? Bed making, cleaning out the animals etc ? Maybe you just like to keep very busy, I know I do and its stops me dwelling on other things, but you should sometimes stop and take stock before you wear yourself out completely !
Glad you have a week off of work, maybe you can find the time to something nice that you would like to do rather than something you have to do ?:DLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

well done on the discount with sky!
i would also call BT and ask them for one too :P
I've got my sky discount so we're staying for now, and my talktalk has reduced by at least a fiver a month too so happy with that
Why don't you take your grocery cash out each week. Put it in your wallet and once it has gone, it's gone. You can go to Mr T as much as you like but if you've no cash you can't spend it and you always manage to find an alternative at home to what you needed (well i have so far lol) ....stick your cards in tupperware filled with water and stick in the freezer....you'll have to wait a few hours at least to get the card out before spending it.......by then you should have changed your mind lol

Sounds like you weekend well ! Great news on the Pet Insurance and the cash back, isn't it a shame it takes 3 months to actually receive it, but I suppose it will give you something to look forward to.
Loving DFW's idea of freezing your cards, I just chopped mine into tiny pieces, but the frozen card idea made me laugh !:rotfl: I take my grocery budget out in cash, it certainly makes me think carefully about what I spend as Im terrified I will get to the check out and not have enough money to pay and no back up cards !
Looking forward to your updated signature xLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

You're doing really well on the vouchers Bonnington - that's great that you were able to get a pair of trousers effectively FOC
.
Hope you manage to sort something out with your bank; what a pain that they can't seem to offer anything better.
Good luck

hey bonnington just popping by to catch up
have you got anything planned for your days off?
can you not change banks completely if they won't offer you a better deal. And once the santander is closed you can treat that as a proper debt? what a pain the offer you wanted had just finished!!
