Hi,
There are 4 of us all wanting breakfast (porridge or weetabix), lunch & dinner so, here goes......
Sun: Toast & Marmite/Yoghurt; HM Beef Casserole & Baked potatoes/ Bananas & Custard
Mon: Cheese Salad sandwich/cereal bar/carrots; Roast chicken, carrots, peas, roasties, gravy & stuffing
Tues: Egg salad roll/yoghurt/apple; HM Chicken Keemaupdated 21 Nov -Not enough chicken for a Keema so have made chick & veg soup instead
Weds: Chicken drumsticks/dried fruit/satsuma; HM Tomato Pasta
Thurs: Cheese Baguette/popcorn/cherry toms/pear; HM Chilli/tortilla chips/ HM Guacomole/salad
Fri: Turkey on roll/crisps/banana; salmon/potatoes/peas
Sat: HM Veg soup and bread/ HM pizza/yoghurt
I make the bread myself and usually spend £20 on fresh meat and vegetables on a saturday for the following week. I've found that being organised with a lunch plan as well as a dinner plan has really helped me be less stressed when getting the kids out of the house and to school in the morning.
:T Thanks to everyone on here I've been really encouraged and have found great advice when I needed it."all endings are also beginnings. We just don't know it at the time..."0
