just vegging out
son just come back from gym and cooked some pasta and potatoes so i am now having something healthy to eat-full of carbs and low in fat
struggling to eat it again and he has told me to slow down its cos of job making me do everything at speed and is having knock on affect on health

She looked less drawn today and was chatting away - mainly ramblings but hey ho, who cares? She asked if 'my man this means hubbie was still working', and if 'I was going straight to work from there' so I just say yes and that keeps her happy. She started off saying someone had been asking for Alan, but she had told them that no-one called Alan lived there now Alan lived with us for a while before we got married

Oh and when I got there, I said hello and then went into the bathroom to put water in a vase for the flowers I had taken down - I heard her shout 'Johnny' really loud and I rushed out but she was calm, she just said 'I've shouted for Johnny my brother to let him know you're here' so that was current as she obviously was thinking she was at home

youve had a busy day sweetie following a busy week too and another day tomorrow will be full of being busy so dont be surprised you are feeling cream crackered also planning for next week will make you feel tired too
nice to see you happy today
keep an eye on your sugars and remember to eat properly- eat carbs not just fruit that is full of sugar and no more chocs:):):)
