OK ...... freezer is now defrosted, wiped dry, drawers put back in and switched on so it will be ready to put the food back in there in the morning - I have put an anti-frost mat in the bottom which is 'supposed' to keep the frost away meaning you don't have to defrost it ever again - but will it work? We shall see ;)

I am off to bed now but don't have to be up early - Mr 3Dogs is going to the auction but I will stay in bed. I am taking my friend to visit her Mum & Dad in the afternoon (about 1.30/2 pm) so she can take her Mother's Day gift and card over to her, but that is all I have planned for tomorrow ............. at the moment :p:p

Night Night all - hope you are all sleeping soundly and have a great day tomorrow x x x

Ha no!!! She was bullied at school so her mum took her out of education and home schooled her. Proof that anyone (ish) home schooled comes out a weirdo. She has no friends and is glued to her mother now.

whereas if she had stayed in mainstream school with all the bullies, she would of been glued to the classroom ceiling or toilet door instead.
    Kids can be so cruel.

Hi Mrs 3dogs :-) feeling a bit "thick" doesn't stop me posting! ...and i dont regret not going on to uni either!
After leaving school the choice of further education was there but i chose to work instead and because of that, by 18, I was living in my own house and had savings - instead of living in halls of residence and having massive student debt!
I went to school with a lad who went on to Uni, and when he eventually left with all his qualifications, he simply couldnt find the work that he needed... the last time i saw him, he was a shift supervisor in KFC... i guess at barely more than minimum wage. So what im saying is investing years of time at Uni is a gamble :-)

Afternoon everyone - just back from taking friend to her Mum's - I had a lovely lie in this morning, got up at 12.30 pm, got showered/dressed, put the food back in the freezer, had my breakfast and was just ready to go round to friend's, when my sister rang so we had a lovely long natter and it wasn't until 2 pm I went out

Me & Mr 3Dogs are nipping to Tatco shortly for a few things - then having dinner. Got to sort out my washing for going away and get that done tomorrow. Just going to order my prescription online now

Be back later - love to all x x x

Its funny because were discussing this last night. While i don't agree with bullying the person doing the bullying has the most issues and it all comes down to jealousy and other things. I don't know that girls situation, but surely moving schools would have been better for her, because now she will never have the moment that i have, where you drive past your bully in your brand new car while shes walking. She'll never get that, and its a bit sad.

So where did it all go wrong for you ted? Whats halted that progression from an 18 year old having his own house to now...

I don't regret my course because unlike a lot of you here i am actually think, and for me to get a degree was a great personal achievement. All its done is probably make me feel even more thick, un motivated, lifes passing me by and making me questioning what have i done for the past 5 years of my life. STILL, it could be worse.

Hi boult. I left soon after posting as i was running late and made it into work in the nick of time! Sorry i didn't say hello back.

Puds, I loved university I saw the most amazing people and learned soo much, it isn't for everyone but i loved it I went back again and again and again!!! I think it was because i had a very restricted childhood and i was allowed to ask questions and challenge. My teachers loved me and i loved them. I will never forget what they taught me. Salarywise i am on a good wage even as a part timer but not owning my own business means i am 3 wages away from the poverty line always. I would like to set up my own business one day but only after building work is sorted at my place. One day i will be free.
