;41564748]Graham does all of the things mentioned.
A quick search of the forum shows there are many other users besides me and Hamish that have noticed it and Mr Muddle does seem to be a popular nickname for him.
Maybe if he stopped playing games and making silly posts people would take him more seriously.
Yer, many users who have now left the forum, suprisingly, as prices fell0 -

Eh????
As prices fell?
Prices aren't falling in any meaningful way..... Just a percent or so in the last 3 months, which is hardly surprising given the weather disruption this winter.
And versus 6% to 8% every three months during the crash.....
Prices simply aren't crashing, (or booming for that matter) so why would posters leave over tiny rises and falls within the margin of error of the surveys?
More likely they simply got bored as it became clear the crash is over and we're now just bumping along the bottom, with minor fluctuations both up and down likely to be sustained for some time.
The very fact that so many bears get excited about a 0.9% fall in the 3 month on 3 month rolling survey, shows just how much expectations have changed in the last few years.....“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

Yes. As prices fell. Which you agree with as soon as you questioned it.

LOL watching Hamish and his buddy here is like the itchy and scratchy show.
;41556602]There seems to be a lot of people on here who don't understand inflation.
At the moment the country is in a lot of debt so we need it.
You clearly don't understand that inflation is actually really damaging, infact it has the same impact as deflation as it increases the value of debt relative to disposable income.
I'd suspect that this article has more to do with home owners feeling the pinch of the increased cost of living and deciding to do something to try and increase their income than anything else.0 -

Whereas watching you and Graham is like a cross between Dumb and Dumber and Groundhog Day.
The stupidity never ends.....You clearly don't understand that inflation is actually really damaging, infact it has the same impact as deflation as it increases the value of debt relative to disposable income.
.
You clearly don't understand that even below-inflation pay rises erode the value of debt. And most people do not spend a majority of their income on inflating items.“The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie – deliberate, contrived, and dishonest – but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic.

I think many users left the forum because it's become carp - no real debate now - it's usually just people hurling insults and being deliberately obtuse or maybe it's not deliberate.0 -

I'd suggest you include the BBC in your dumb and dummber diagnosis.

So whats next Graham, going to reply to this on another thread where more of your ilk are? Another well argued and qualified rebuttal like '!!!!!!'? Or just ignore/deliberately misrepresent what's said and reply to that?
Graham you did all of the above.
You did reply on another thread.
You do reply with comments like '!!!!!!'
Anybody reading this thread, and most of the others you darken, can see that you ignore key parts of other peoples posts and you often misrepresent what is said.
You appear to be well known for it.
Given you can't even be honest about that, why would anyone think you're honest about anything else? or treat your posts with credence?0
