I usually take frozen curry out the night before and defrost in the fridge and reheat in a pan or microwave0

I defrost overnight in the fridge, put in a pot and reheat just like you would if it was leftovers in the fridge. Ensure it's piping hot etc

I don't personally like to heat stuff in the microwave for some reason, but that's maybe just how i've been taught. But yes, you can.

I would just freeze them raw and then use them in a stir fry/turkey and redcurrant sandwich when I wanted them. Or curry them now and then freeze the curry.GC Mar 13 £47.36/£1500

Hi, DM brought me some turkey steaks from Mr A's today (were reduced;)).
I thought I'd coat with egg & use porridge (don't have bread as wheat intolerant) and gently fry - but have absolutely no idea how long they'll take?
Any advice hugely appreciated:)Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

I'd say - depending on the thickness - no more than 5 minutes a side.
I usually bash down my chicken breasts so they're nice and flat and cook them till they're around 75c - that's usually around 7 minutes. Take them off the heat and let sit for around 5-10 minutes more. They stay nice and juicy that way too.0
