What can i make with some turkey steaks tonight?

I'd probably whizz up the porridge in the food pro to get it "crumby" - if you hadn't already thought of that
and it shouldn't take more than a few minutes each side Trying very hard to be frugal and OS - just plodding on and doing my best!

Ohhhh, no I hadn't thought of that! (First time I've ever actually tried coating anything with porridge but really miss having breadcrumbs so thought it'd be worth a try;))

It will depend on how thick the steaks are, I would probably cook them for 4-8 minutes on each side. Just check with a knife to see that the juices are running clear and that the meat is white the whole way through rather than pale pink.
I'll add this to our main thread on cooking turkey steaks later.
