Euro Car Parks

Got my Euro Car Parks fake PCN in 2009. I laughed and filed it in my handbag, grinning all the way home that I (or whoever was driving the car, of course) had got one!
The standard letter-chain is just as is shown in our top sticky. Just rubbishy letters from Control Account. They are NOT bailiffs of course because that only happens if you went to Court and lost and then didn't pay up following the judgment.
Bearing in mind that ECP never do Court, how likely do you think it is that bailiffs will turn up? Answer = zero chance. Just the Control Account letters, have a look and ask your wife to ignore the letters, just tick them off as each one arrives that matches our top sticky thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

to add reassurance:
euro car parks 'caught' me by ANPR (camera) nearly 6 months ago. Control Account tried it on but they clearly didn't know who they were messing with; when superman goes to bed he wears torontoboy pyjamas.
follow all the above advice and totally ignore.0 -

Like it; where can I buy a pair?
Ps Do you still have to wear your underpants on the outside?;):)
needtechelp - just adding to all the above good & solid advice.
IGNORE Euro Trash0 -
Just an update to this
So far ignored everything that has come through the post.
Sticky about Euro has 4 letters that came through and then end of scam
I now have another that has come through offering a reduced payment...not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere. So hopefully end of scam after this point.
Or have they changed tactics and started taking people to court?
Forgot to mention they are using Debt Recovery Plus Ltd if that makes any difference0 -
They have just probably given DRP a few non collectable invoices to try and intimidate on. DRP are notorious for talking utter !!!!!!!! when it comes to private tickets.
Euro don't do court so sit tight and carry on ignoring them!0 -

No, ECP never do Court, their top man admitted it in a national newspaper but we already knew it. They just do threatograms.
However, as you have a different set of threatograms could you possibly pm Crabman with pics of your letter chain (anonymised) please? He can then update the top sticky thread with the current letter-chain for ECP. Or you could just reply on that top thread, linking your pictures:

As you can see, other companies have tried DRP before as well, their letters are shown on the top thread and in your case DRP have obviously given up and passed the file back to ECP. You have nothing to worry about but pics of the current letters ECP use would help to inform others who are behind you in that letter-chain.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Sorry I think I must have confused the issue a little.
All letters have been from DRP with client being Euro - as opposed to Brinx and Control Account Plc in the Euro thread in the sticky.
I hadn't realised the DRP letters under the other companies, as I'd just honed in on Euro and looked on there.
Thanks again for your help.

Yep I know, no confusion. That's why we could do with some pics of the new debt collector that ECP are using even though the letters are already on that top thread but under another name.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They change every now and again when the internet gets full of "ignore Control Account" or "ignore Brinx" advice.0
