I keep seeing jobs I'm eligible for but won't be driving for a few weeks so can't do them
Well you could do a really good deed and tell me about them as I'm seeing nothing!!!
P.S. Hope you're on your feet again soon and not in too much pain!
I think all the ones I've seen this week have gone now - but I'll let you know if I see anything more0 -
Did anyone else get a February MS Feedback from abai? Waiting for someone else to mention it but no one has. Seemed to me that it was more a case of a pat on the back - I do love this company. Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'

I did - though was quite nice0 -
I registered self employed etc about 2 years ago when I started doing MS and have received a bill today asking me for NI contributions. I already pay NI through my main employer do I have to pay this as well? Am getting quite worried as its quite a big bill.
If someone can help me out with this it would be much appreciated.0 -
Aaaaarrrgghh. Just want to let off steam about 2 things.
Firstly DIY shops, I've done around 25 of these this month, sometimes even the same shop for 2 different companies and I AM SO SICK OF LAMINATE FLOORING AND BATHROOMS I COULD ACTUALLY SCREAM (and I'm replacing my bathroom at the moment so no peace at home either lol). Anyway, that one was self inflicted but I needed to vent
Second one is ESA, why are their reports so slow today. I click a button and it takes 5 seconds to register, I click scroll down and again 5 seconds. I have 3 more reports to fill in for them and I'm tempted to just decline the jobs rather than spend an hour + on each form (not EGG jobs before anyone says anything).
I'm stressed, tired, and I really feel for those of you who do this full time. I've done it "full time" on my holiday this week to make some extra cash and honestly, I've been getting up at 6 am, working til 8pm and writing reports until 4am. I don't know how you do it! :A:beer::A0 -

Best thing to do is ring your tax office and ask. They are not the dragons that people make them out to be, can be quite helpful, and at least youll know that you get an accurate answer :-)0 -

I haven't been allocated my usual two cinema jobs for the company that can't be named, which is very unusual, and I applied for eight glasses shops for Tern and don't seem to have got any of them, even though I got ten points for all of the five that I did last time, and these are different shops.
:o:o:o.
Did you actually hear back from them to say you hadn't got them?0 -

We had a big increase in the new year and now set for massive hikes yet fee's are decreasing, I really am thinking to stick local now. also I do suggest people to consider this now for your own profits. For example there are people going 20 miles plus to take a job 4 miles from me.
I've been staying local, apart from a couple of decent merchandising companies who pay good fees and reasonable mileage fees.boyoboy1986 wrote: »I registered self employed etc about 2 years ago when I started doing MS and have received a bill today asking me for NI contributions. If you've earned under approx £5K per year, you don't need to pay Class 2 NI and can claim exemption. Ring the self employed helpline in the first post and they will be able to help.
Class 4 NI is only payable when your profits are over about £5K and is collected with your income tax on your tax return. Here I go again on my own....0 -
Thanks for the help everyone. I nearly fell through the floor when I opened the envelope and they were asking for £300.
Will give them a call on Monday morning.0 -
When I called HMRC they just asked me to fill this form in and send it to them - http://search2.hmrc.gov.uk/kbroker/hmrc/forms/viewform.jsp?formId=433
They were pretty quick, back dated the certificate to when I first registered and it's valid til 2013! It's as though they don't expect me to earn much in that time haha.0
