Is it a competitor hotel? I've done these before and they don't have to be recorded.

AAAAAHhhhhhhh, maybe! doesn't have the name at the front.

I thought it was either an RE error or some sort of trick lol

Haven't had my mingy chicken proof read yet. Holding my breath for th 100 questions
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

Quote of the century, totally made my day :D

Glad to be of service ;)

God only knows what the poor proofreader thought when she saw that!

On the plus side I have learnt an important lesson: don't try to fill in reports at 6am when you've been out clubbing and haven't been to sleep yet!

I've since discovered redbull and it's amazing! One can keeps me awake for hours, unfortunately I tested this the following weekend when I got home to write the report and was so awake I decided not to go to sleep before heading out to Kent to do another days work. Had to stop for a nap halfway there as I didn't realise it would wear off so quickly! Oh well, you learn something new each day :D

Hooray, did an RE restaurant yesterday and have had no queries on it :)

And it was a lovely meal too :)

Just filling in some ABAi fuel reports - got another couple to do tomorrow but will need to take our other car as this one is now full up of fuel :rotfl:

Also need to do my Bare Jewellery reports. Was a bit surprised at the (lack of) service levels in one of them, but I suppose that's what we're here to find out.

Woohoo! Replaceing my tired old bb bold with a shiney new htc tomorrow. Knew all those phone shops I did for gfk would come in handy :D
    Sooooooooooo excited :j
As I can apparently sync this with email, calendar and contacts, access office documents and webpages I might finally be able to get myself organised! Being a typical accountant I have just jammed everything in a box to be dealt with on 31 January 2012 but now I have a shiney new phone I suppose I could justify using the journey to work to keep it up to date so I can keep track of everything. Could even automate a profit and loss account and monthly management accounts if I can be bothered. Just as well it's a long train journey

    :rotfl:

Hello, quick question to you mystery shoppers - if a phone call says it needs to be done before 5pm, does this mean it is okay to start it before 5pm or it should be started and finished before then?

    Many thanks

  • So... I'm doing a department store for ABai on Saturday and I'm reading the briefing notes. I have to make a purchase and I can return it if I want (whcih is what I was intending on doing. However I will be in another city and only there for the day. The briefing notes say:

Please ensure you make no exchanges or refunds in conjunction with your mystery shop i.e please do this on a separate occasion rather than during the same transaction as your mystery shop.

Do you think it'll be ok if I go back later that morning/afternoon and return it then as it isn't part of the same transaction?
