I am contemplating deleting my account with ESA. I have done all the pawn shops in my area so not allowed to go back to them ever. Egg fees reduced with extra work. Travel agents fees reduced. Bank fees reduced. Practically jumping thru hoops on the phone front. Reduced fees on the burgers which are only quarterly. Reduced fees with shocking scenario for the history shops and there has been no volcanic ash since December and I'm guessing if does reappear that will be reduced also. This coupled with the inane telephone calls offering the equivalent of 0.75ltrs of petrol extra for travelling nearly 200 miles has officially made them worse than RE. I am officially saying that I prefer RE to this group of bar stewards!

I hear what you're saying - there is less and less of their stuff worth doing. I would suggest you keep your account going and do the odd job but when you see that dreaded area code on your caller display - ignore it like I do!

I've always had that opinion. I never found their jobs enjoyable where a lot if RE's i quite like (music, books, food etc) so although the questionnaire is a pain the experience is normally good.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

Just found the best one, forgotten I'd saved this:

Q52 - Were you aware of our selection of cocktails available
Current Comments. 3 dids were witi nf ona first com firwe whay idem. Your answer does not make sense please clarify.

Lol!! :rotfl::rotfl: Out of interest... what the heck were you actually trying to say?

To be honest though, I'm not suprised with that report that you were going a bit doo-lally. I did one of these at the weekend, and was it just me or did you find the report takeabout a million hours to do?!?

It *is* Pancake Day today though so lots of people legitimately buying eggs!! :D

I know - we had savoury pancakes and then sweet pancakes *yum*

My arms ache from all the tossing.

Oh, it felt like it took forever but I think that was because I fell asleep in the middle of it :(

I've done quite a few of these now and I've worked out a technique (after that first disasterous one). Firstly, I drink a can of redbull before I leave, then I write the report up as soon as I get home and DO NOT SEND. Then I set my alarm so that I get up for midday, thus still keeping my early submission bonus, and proofread it myself for questions where I've blatantly just fallen asleep at the keyboard.

As they let you submit anything as long as it has the right number of words I've found it to be a useful way of avoiding proofreading queries :rotfl:

    Oh my...
  • Eek, just reread the brief for the gfk petrol jobs. That's an awful lot of stuff to remember when you can't use your phone!
  • And the GFK test is driving me mad! I swear I'm getting more and more stupid. I had to cancel two jobs last week because I just couldn't work out the right answers to the quiz. I printed out the brief and everything and nothing :(

I've stopped doing GfK as reading the guidelines, sifting the info from threats and randomly failing the test took up more of my time than the fee covered. Only do the letter ones now.
