They're not too bad, provided your mobile phone can do split times on the stop watch. Give it a go - you'll never know till you try!

Yes it can, but I can't do it cos I already have two jobs to do this month and guess as a newbie I can't take anymore, shame that one would have been a doddle as it's near where I work.

I think he is saying the service is really bad, not quiet.

Speaking of quiet supermarkets, Late on Friday night was a doddle to do a checkout audit, most tills closed and counting the customers was really easy.;)

Oh it was bad! It was very bad. I arrived and there was only 3 tables that were not littered with dirty dishes and there were 5 customers.

At the hot counter I waited 7 minutes for a MOS to appear and they only did as another customer yelled for service. An argument over whose turn it was to serve then ensued which took another 2 minutes and only came to an end as the customer yelled again, to which someone stuck their head round the corner and said we had all better go there are 4 customers.

They then attempted to serve me a fried egg that looked like it ha been in the hotplate for an hour an the weren't impressed at being requested to cook a fresh one!

During the 25 minutes I sat there (after clearing my own table) the tables had still not been cleared.

The one I went to this week was similarly awful, although I think yours takes the prize :)

Wow that is shocking! Good luck trying to capture that on your report!

Sounds like you're definitel going to need more letters than GR give you!!
I like GR, I really do, but my god that psses me off about them, as I find it takes me so much extra time trying to say all I need to in so few letters, which is not always easy, particularly when things weren't up to scratch.
Annoys me when it asks o as much detail as possible, but then contradicts that by a low character limit.

I had an italian bros' meal last night. Expecting some serious comeback on this.

We waited half and hour even though there were empty tables that were not being use and ones that had been left and not cleared yet.

Not asked if we wanted drinks but starter came quick as did the main course. Asked for drinks when this arrived and started nibbling at my food. Took a bite of my chicken and thought, that aint right. Looked on the bottle and there was what can only be described as 'white goo' so moved this off and took another little bite. Just as bad, gave some to the bf and he said it wasn't right. Just to set my mind at ease did third time lucky but still wasn't right. I've never tasted off chicken before but can only imagen what i was eating could only have been off chicken as i fail to see how you could have got that discusting a taste from something else.

Told the waitress and she offered me smething else but i was so put off i declined. Ordered deserts (and drinks again as they hadn't arrived) and my poor boyfriend got brownies and ice cream. There were three brownies no bigger than the bite size ones you get in tubs of 20 from the supermarket for less than £2 and a TEA SPOON of ice cream. I felt that bad for him i gave him some of my very slimly cut cheese cake (with the ne teaspoon of ice cream).

We saw 3 parties leave before waiting, 2 parties leave the bar as they had given up waiting and 1 party leave after being seated but not served.

How well do you think that report is going to go down with RE
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

    Part of the Furniture
At a guess about as well as anything with RE. I've almost never had a good experience in one of those restaurants even when I've been in there shopping them - drinks seem to be a complete non-priority to them, a group of the girls from an old work place went out for lunch at one before we went to see one of the Pirates films ordered/asked about our drinks at least 6 times while we waited 40 mins for our pizzas (we were only having pizza as we'd got less than an hour before the film started), ended up getting up and walking out and getting food from the mcdonalds at the same place.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

It sounds like it has been a bad weekend for food MSing. I have done a few of the two brothers ones and only had one where the service wasn't too hot and I am sure I had a three or four tickets about it. No doubt one will ask you how you felt after realising that the restaurant had attempted to bump you off with bad chicken.
