Internet broke for 6 weeks! Bloody Sky, backwards and forwards with them, doesn't help that I'm a Luddite...son came to visit this week to fix it, took him about 5 mins grrrr
Yeah I'm good, now getting back into the swing of things again, looking for work again, particularly as the summer hols are coming up (I teach :)

Glad to hear it. Sky are an absolute nightmare if anything goes wrong with their BB. I had loads of problems about 5 years ago when I got mine and eventually after about 10 hours of phonecalls they agreed to change the router and its worked fine ever since.

I remember when I had all the problems the guy who managed to sort the problem advised that if possible I should try and call after 11pm at night as Dunfermline do the nightshifts (language barrier was my biggest hurdle when calling during the day) and ever since if i've had a problem i've waited until late on to call and have usually managed to get it sorted.

Good to see you back though :)

3 visits today, each one getting worse as they went on. I think the working population of West Scotland have had a bad day.

Trying to be positive on one bad report is difficult nevermind three

Complete opposite over here, for one report I'm actually disappointed that there is no section for writing about a staff member who has delivered exceptional service.

Is that the same address as using the enquiry form TractorGirl? I've already emailed them twice on that and I don't want to hassle them. Debs helped me with the link so I've managed to get my code now but I still can't enter it as I've entered too many wrong ones (when I was floundering around entering the job number).

I'm hoping they'll let me off as it's my first ever job for them.

Don't think I've ever got a reply when using WebForm. About 50% success rate from that email address!

    Hi everyone!!!
    I AM IN TROUBLE!! :(

I have done an assignment with Frontline Focus but made a mistake in one of the pics I had to take of the item (slices had to be put upside down). Has anyone had any similar problem? Are Frontline Focus really strict? :(

I am an idiot I know! But all the rest of the assignment is fine, there's just that mistake!

    PLEASE HELP!!!!! :(

No idea about this briefing. Is there something else in the pic (receipt?) that you have to make a comparison with? If not, then can you not just rotate the pic 180 degrees?

I registered with Gapbuster on Friday but can't actually search for jobs yet... Says I need to be validated. I presume this us something they have to do as I've validated my email address etc. Anyone know how long this normally takes?

Well since you registered on a weekend I doubt you will hear anything until Tuesday. As they are OZ based the offices are already closed there today, saying that it could be the UK team that does approval so just hang tight

Possibly a daft question - but I can't see any mention on the notes. Can I order a 'skinny' coffee for the gap shops?

What are you having problems with, the actual taking of a screen shot, or what to do with it after?

"Ctrl"+"PrtScr" then open up paint or similar and then "Ctrl"+"V" will paste it.

Word of advice....make sure you don't have any "interesting" windows open unless you know how to crop them out lol.
