    Hi all

    What can I do?
I've emailed them through the enquiry bit to explain what's happened. Are these codes unique to the job? Can anyone else help me with it or do I chalk this one up to experience?
    So cross with myself.

The codes are unique to the job. Did you not download it, that's what I do, then you can check the code?
They are quite strict on this but you might be lucky as it is your first time.

    Hi all

I completed my first ever assignment for Gapbuster today. It was a burger shop. Unfortunately I've messed up. I collected all the information exactly as asked and printed out the questions before I went. However, I've now logged on to upload the info and it appears that I need a WebExpress Code that was on a part of the instructions that I haven't printed out.

Did they not email you the assignment as well? If you still have the email, re download the attachment, and you can find it there.

Don't worry, I did the exact same thing too.

The email just has a link to the paperwork which is no longer available. I've been through all my browser history but I can't find it. I just printed off the main set of questions - not the rest of the instructions.

Never mind - will see what they say. My whole trip was a disaster actually. I also had a free ticket for a film but turned up a few minutes late and they wouldn't let me in. It's turned into an expensive trip. This was supposed to pay for lunch and the petrol!

That's strange because I've just followed the email link for one of my assigments, completed 10 days ago. The link still takes me to the Evaluation peperwork, and right at the bottom of that page is the web express code.

No, it's just because the link from GAP is wrong and has a space in it. If you go to the address bar, and remove the 20% bit that appears it will work.

    Email them on: ShopperAssignmentsUK@gapbuster.com

I did this with 2 jobs a few weeks ago and they emailed the codes to me, gave me a cyber slap on the wrist and told me not to do it again!!

Is that the same address as using the enquiry form TractorGirl? I've already emailed them twice on that and I don't want to hassle them. Debs helped me with the link so I've managed to get my code now but I still can't enter it as I've entered too many wrong ones (when I was floundering around entering the job number).

I'm hoping they'll let me off as it's my first ever job for them.

3 visits today, each one getting worse as they went on. I think the working population of West Scotland have had a bad day.

Trying to be positive on one bad report is difficult nevermind three
