    Hi everyone.

Is anyone having trouble with the TNS website?

I did a visit for them this morning but have not been able to get onto the website at all since. I just keep getting the "Internet explorer cannot display the website" message.

I vaguely remember them sending an email saying their systems wouldn't be working properly at the weekend but can't remember the exact details

    ha ha, so typical!

The TNS site hasn't worked for me all day then as soon as I post about it, I get it running for me :)

Oh well ... shop completed anyway :)

Went today to do a job for GR and the (technical) store was closed for refurbishment. Can't find anything on the GR site or the brief about what to do so I have emailed them but of course no-one is working as it's Saturday. Does anyone know what the drill is with GR? Do they pay a fee for a closed store like some other comapnies do? Fortunately it was not far from home.

Make sure you have sent the email from the actual input screen, by doing this it will stop the system deallocating and putting the job back into view to others.

I had one about 6 weeks ago with a bank that was closed and I got the full fee. They will also give you the opportunity to reshop once it's open again and the job will stay on your page and you will get to do it again.

Thanks that's what I did, and in response to the previous post I did take a picture so I can send them it if they ask. I shall see what happens on Monday.

Need some advice on GAP please. There system isn't letting me accept anymore assignments, as it is saying there is a maximum of two per month. I'm getting the same response for various clients.

I can't find anything relating to this on the website.
Do GAP usually restrict shoppers, or new shoppers to two jobs a month?
I did two for them in May, which was my first month with them, and two so far in June (various clients).

    Thanks very much.

Also thanks to everyone for all the help in my first month. I'm only doing a few jobs to help me to reduce my hours at work, but so far I'm enjoying it.

I had a restaurant assignment tonight, which was great because I was able to write a very positive report about someone who really deserved it. It's lovely when we can help people get the recognition they deserve, for doing a good job.
