Thanks lil_me and stacface... I didn't do a great job of describing the shop - it's more a motor accessory shop. I have to order something online and then collect it in store, yet pay for it online by having it delivered to the store. Was hoping to get it all done and dusted tomorrow, but this looks like an unnecessarily lengthy process.

Also on a separate note, anyone having difficulty uploading pics to their BARE reports? One of mine is late because it just won't accept the picture.

Grassroots is being uber uber slow this evening. I had all kinds of issues with it earlier when I was doing a report this morning when I was out, and it just stopped loading anything or doing anything. I wasn't sure whether it was the computer, as I had paid 50p to use one in a cafe/bar place as I'd cleverly gone out without the laptop, and had an hour to kill between a morning bank job, and my other half getting into town so he could walk our son round while I did the other non child friendly shops, so though I might as well sit and get 1 report written up!

But then this evening it's going slowwwwwwwwwww and taking about 7-8 mins after clicking Next to move onto the next question. And I'm sleepy!!
GR do give you 24 hours though don't they, rather than having to enter it the same day, so might hold off till the morning to do my last 2 for them just in case it's sorted itself out, rather than almost nod off between every question while I wait.

Hi everyone. I've got my jury service starting on Monday. Really looking forward to it. I decided not to claim for loss if earnings in the end as I will be doing a lot of visits on the weekend.

How odd, it might just be that you're used to RE and Gap fees so in some cases GR fees do seem generous but if it's a multi-part job then you can expect to be paid more.

With regards to BARE, yes I've had problems in the past. No real solution I'm afraid, I think I just logged in and out and left it overnight etc and it FINALLY accepted them. It's a sassie issue as I've found the same thing with REACT.

Should point out I use safari on a mac, so it might be a mac thing.

I submitted 2 earlier and it was slow. I have had problems in the past with a Saturday shop and it doesn't get released until the guys are back in the office on Monday, although they release them early. If you are having problems send a query saying that there are problems with the site and it is very slow. By doing that the system knows you are having problems with the visit and you wont get a reminder email and it wont automatically deallocate.

Can't log in at all today, therefore not possible to send a message to them. Surely they will notice on Monday that the site was down!

Hi all, First post on this forum. I have been mystery shopping for a couple of years now and recently registered with ABAi. From what I have read on here you can add clients to your sign on? I only have one at the min and it does not look like there is any work for them in my area. I have followed the instructions at the begining of the forum to try to add clients but it just tells me I am already registered? Does anyone know how to add them? Any help would be great.

i am doing this one and have just completed same scenario for the other company on there. job is quite straight forward however there is a lot of waiting around, potentially two trips if you return the product and you are out of pocket until you do. assume fee is there to reflect that as i did not find a catch in the one i did.
