A proper restaurant with Gyp where you have to book a table?!?! Are you sure its Gyp? It could go either way with them. I think someone on here (Uk Monkey) may have a phone number you can call them on for urgent enquiries. Emails don't seem to get a response. I'd ring the restaurant anyway and complain.

Well, proper restaurant is pushing it. :D I'd usually just walk in, but you can book, and that was required as part of the assignment. My email to them actually got a response! (At this time of night, on a Sunday! I guess they're in a different time zone?) Maybe I panicked too early. Though all the email said was that they want to see the pictures so that they can investigate, it didn't reply to the bit where I said I wanted something for my petrol and time.

Oh der! What an idiot I am! I'm surprised they closed at 7! I'm glad you got a response, hopefully they'll sort you out. Its Monday morning in Melbourne for Gyp.

I definitely will if they see this, my attempts to not reveal the client didn't work out so well!

OK. So I am doing a job application. What do people use as a job title for mystery shopping and auditing?

There are lots of pizza restaurants, but sometimes it helps us to give you the best advice if you give a little clue as to who you're talking about :)
