This might sound a strange question, but would you enter 12:30 lunchtime on a 24 hour clock as 12:30? There isn't another way is there?0

Yeah, you're right ChickenGirl.

Thanks hotspur_pam! It's not accepting it and I was starting to doubt myself.0

No worries, ChickenGirl. I had a similar problem with ESA (i think) last week and had to keep re-entering until it finally accepted the 24-hour time - very annoying!
Hope it's working for you now though.

I got more this month than I was expecting and then when I looked at my assignments I saw February and March burger jobs had gone up in value. Realised it was the bonus payments that were promised for then that had only got paid last week.0 -
For Tns supermarkets, there is expenses for Purchases and Food. Can you get reimbursed for the lower Food one even though this is perhaps for the cafe, if the store doesn't have a cafe. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Did a spooky attraction for REACT today. Eeee by gum the report is flamin' huge!
I hate doing the attraction reports too. Takes me at least a couple of hours for the theme parks. I like the gift shop ones though, as they are much simpler and you get to just enjoy visiting the attraction.[/QUOTE]
I'm on that bandwagon. I did the fish. Wasn't that entertained. Bit dissapointed really and the report was rather long and boring.timefortea wrote: »Well, proper restaurant is pushing it.I'd usually just walk in, but you can book, and that was required as part of the assignment. My email to them actually got a response! (At this time of night, on a Sunday! I guess they're in a different time zone?) Maybe I panicked too early. Though all the email said was that they want to see the pictures so that they can investigate, it didn't reply to the bit where I said I wanted something for my petrol and time.
I turned up to be told their buffet menu wasn't on affer as the oven table heater thingi was broken. Dragged 2 girls out from work as welll. Emailed telling them that and they said they would give me 1/3 of the spend. Took a few emails to chase though.I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
with gap remember you get the whole reimb not just the amount you spend (although with pizza and burger i always overspend!) think i have made a whole extra 20p on a chicken job once! :rotfl::j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0

Gap have said that I'll get the closed site fee for the assignment. Do they have a standard closed site fee, or is it just the reimbursement, or a percentage of it?
In the email they also said that their closed site officer will have to confirm that it was closed. Er... it was. Your mystery shopper told you it was, and provided pictures of an empty restaurant. If you're not going to trust your mystery shoppers (especially on a nice assignment that they'd actually want to do), what are we doing this for? They didn't answer me when I asked whether to complain or not, so I think I will.0 -
No!!! Don't complain!!!! If gap are paying you something (don't know what it would be) and they are investigating then head office and the restaurant will be informed and they will know who you are if you complain.
You must never complain direct to the restaurant (unless it's whilst you're there and it's something they can change e.g wrong drink etc), always go through the company. If you go to the client then you can kiss goodbye to working with the company again.0
