Did the jewellery shop. I still get a little nervous and find it hard to act natural, observe everything, remember everything and stick to the brief. Something had to give. So my purchase ended up being a plain chain, not sure how I am going to resell that one for most of the value!

Arrrrrrrr just did my first fast food type takeaway shop, and it was really hard. It was a takeaway store only, so couldn't linger around after to look at everything, as that would have been really obvious.

Trying to get all the timing points, names & descriptions of staff, follow the brief re the order, and observe everything round the site in 2-3 minutes is VERY hard.... plus making sure I didn't get my iphone pinched by another customer

I'm used to browsing around cosmetics shops, this was a shock to the system!

I did an egg shop today, returned a small bottle of orange juice, said it tasted off. The assistant took the lid off and had a drink of it. She then said it tasted OK to her, although there might have been a strange after taste....!! Odd woman, I could never bring my myself to drink out of a bottle that a complete stranger had just had a drink from!!
    She refunded without a problem.

Some shop assistant's really make me laugh when they check things like that. I've had people return the odd sandwich or drink occasionally at work, (and no, I don't work for the Egg shop!! :D ) and would never dream of taking a bite or a sip to check. We might have a bit of a wiff of it when the customer had left, just out of curiosity!! :) But would then obvs just chuck it in the bin.
It's a shame the orange juice didn't taste rank, then the SA would have got a bit of a suprise!!

Good thinking Batman! I had a look on eBay this afternoon, and yes, there are loads of items on there, but they all had lots of bids! I could keep it for a present.

That said, I am just about to browse the website, something might take my fancy! I have been soo well behaved since my light bulb moment - I no longer feel compelled to shop and fritter money away, let's hope I don't have a relapse!

After a couple of months, I think I'm going to retire from GAP too, at the end of next month I should have quite a hefty sum coming to me (in GAP terms anyway) but boy I had to eat a lot of junk to get it! I may be eating my way out of debt, but into an early grave!

I have had enough of burger's too :rotfl:

I don't eat chicken so my choice is very limited also :o

Did you ask for the discount? I hate doing that part especially when the stuck up Barbie doll serving me looks at me like I have just drop landed off the moon!

Did a spooky attraction for REACT today. Eeee by gum the report is flamin' huge!
