Can't speak for anyone else but it is certainly possible - I have Orange through Primus.
Incidentally, the customer service of the former isn't great, and the less said about the latter the better.
Thanks, I think I'm going to stick with BT. In another thread, someone also warned that BT is the only company that is guaranteed to always support other broadband suppliers, and there's no fixed contract period.0
